When a session is interrupted, you can choose your preference on how to proceed. You can select your preferred option in the settings:
Always Restore Last Session
Always Start New Session
Always Ask Preference
Always Ask Preference is the default option.
If a session is interrupted, you will be asked if you want to restore the last session and save your choice. You can change the setting anytime.If a session has not been interrupted yet, you can also select your preferred action in the settings manually.
To edit your session interruption settings, follow these steps:
Log in to the SEEBURGER Customer Portal.
Click your user name in the navigation bar at the top right of the page.
Click the Settings tab.
In the General Preferences section, in the Action After Session Interruption field, select what should be done after a session is interrupted.
Click Save.
Note: By default, there is no session timeout configured, that means the session will be valid as long as you do not close the browser. |
